That said, other competitive intelligence companies cross the line and fall into illegal corporate spying. In fact, counterintelligence based on public information can be so successful that many companies now have OPSEC teams that manage what information is released to the public. What's the Difference Between Competitive Intelligence and Corporate Spying?Ĭompetitive intelligence, to put it in information security terms, is the white hat version of corporate espionage.Ĭompetitive intelligence companies generally use legal methods to gather and analyze information that's publically available, whether that be merger and acquisition news, new government regulations, blog content or social media noise. Given the competitive advantage that comes from innovation, it isn't hard to see why corporate spying has become such a large cybersecurity risk. Disgruntled employees or a former employee who now works for a competitor can inadvertently or directly reveal proprietary information and corporate secrets. Much of it comes from an insider transferring trade secrets from one company to another. That said, not all corporate espionage is so dramatic. Looking for third-party data breaches and data leaks on the dark web.Using email spoofing and phishing to trick a competitor's employees into revealing confidential information or sensitive data.Attacking a competitor's website by exploiting a CVE-listed vulnerability.Gaining access to a competitor's internal network by abusing poor network security practices.Changing the registration of a competitor's domain name using domain hijacking.Hacking into or disabling a competitor's computer using a cyber attack like the WannaCry ransomware attack.Using wiretapping, a lack of SSL or another form of man-in-the-middle attack to listen in on competitor communication.Posting as a competitor's employee to learn trade secrets or gain access to their customers' personally identifiable information (PII).Trespassing on a competitor's property or gaining unauthorized access to their files. There are a number of techniques that fall under the umbrella of industrial espionage: The information derives independent economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable through proper means by, the public. The owner thereof has taken reasonable measures to keep such information secret and.The term trade secret means all forms and types of financial, business, scientific, technical, economic, or engineering information, including patterns, plans, compilations, program devices, formulas, designs, prototypes, methods, techniques, processes, procedures, programs, or codes, whether tangible or intangible, and whether or how stored, compiled, or memorialized physically, electronically, graphically, photographically, or in writing if: Trade secrets are defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA) and state laws based on the UTSA. For example to determine the terms of a tender for a government contract. Theft of trade secrets, bribery, blackmail or technological surveillance with different types of malware.Īs well as orchestrating espionage on commercial organizations, governments can also be targets.Acquisition of intellectual property, such as manufacturing processes or techniques, locations of production, proprietary or operational information like customer data, pricing, sales, research and development, policies, prospective bids, planning or marketing strategies. What are the Forms of Economic and Industrial Espionage?Įconomic and industrial espionage has two forms: One of the main motivations United States President Donald Trump has given for escalating the trade war with China has been to fight against Chinese theft of U.S. As a result, other governments find themselves drawn into it too. That said, economic espionage is orchestrated by governments and is international in scope, while industrial or corporate espionage generally occurs between organizations.įoreign governments, especially those where many businesses are state-owned and have a strong focus on economic development, are common users of corporate spying. Corporate espionage is also known as industrial espionage, economic espionage or corporate spying. Corporate espionage is espionage conducted for commercial or financial purposes. Chunks of chicken, peas, carrots, in a creamy chicken broth base.Ĭreamy Chicken Pot Pie Biscuit Casserole – Creamy chicken pot pie topped with buttery, flakey biscuits and parmesan cheese. It’s from the McCormick brand and you will find it by the other seasonings and spices at the grocery store.Ĭhicken Pot Pie Soup – So creamy and packed full of all the things you love about chicken pot pie but without the pie crust. Montreal chicken seasoning adds great flavor.Feel free to use the non-mini tater tots but increase the cook time slightly. I have only ever seen the mini tater tots in the Ora Ida brand. The recipe calls for mini tater tots because I have found that they cook quicker and more evenly, which ensures that you will get crispy tater tots on the top.I get a rotisserie chicken from Costco and it’s enough for the amount of chicken needed for the recipe. I almost always use a rotisserie chicken for this tater tot casserole recipe because it makes it quick & easy to prepare.Cook these in the microwave according to package instructions before adding them to the chicken pot pie if you want soft veggies. I normally like to do a corn, peas, carrot mix. Steamable Frozen Mixed Vegetables – Use any kind you want. Shredded Chicken – Use leftover chicken, a rotisserie chicken, or bake some up in the oven or slow cooker. But it’s all up to personal salt preference. I prefer to use low-sodium so the casserole is not too salty. Use a gluten-free or almond flour if needed.Ĭhicken Broth – You can use the regular chicken broth or the reduced-sodium chicken broth. If you can’t find it for some reason just use salt & pepper.Īll-Purpose Flour – This thickens the chicken pot pie mixture. I normally always have yellow onions in my kitchen so that’s what I use.ĭried Thyme & Montreal Chicken Seasoning – The Montreal chicken seasoning can be found by the other spices at the store. INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE TATER TOT CASSEROLE We must love our tater tots around here because other family favorites is this bbq beef tater tot casserole and this cheeseburger tater tot casserole. Your family will love this tater tot casserole with a chicken pot pie twist! Who can resist crispy tater tot nuggets and melted cheese?! And it’s a great dinner recipe to use up a rotisserie chicken which makes it so quick to prepare. TATER TOT CASSEROLE (CHICKEN POT PIE VERSION) I will gladly take any suggestions even if you think they are a long shot because I feel burnt out right now. Then I thought to ask about this in this Cakewalk forum. If you have any suggestions, even if you are not fully sure please comment them and let me know. I am going to attach an audio file below where you will be able to hear my problem in the background. I feel that I have tried everything that I could do and nothing is helping. With how the cable management is setup all the cables are close together so when I get back in the studio next week ill try to change it to see if it makes a difference but I really am stuck here. I feel pretty bad about this because I spent almost 1k to fix this problem and it is far from being gone. I would also try to see if this was happening because of the preamps on the mixer and I would never get any problems with no in line preamp. When I put my phone next to it too it would create some interference. It occurs less but when I turn on the computer which is next to the mixer and the cloudlifters there is some interference. In short it helped, but it did not fix our problem. So in total we bough four cloudlifters and eight Mogami cables. We also bought cloud lifters instead of fetheads. We bought Mogami Gold with the more protective lining that is supposed to be the best at rejecting electrical interference. It could be the cables or it could be the fetheads. Even sometimes when I would move the headphones around it would cause the worst electrical interference I have ever heard. Whenever I would put my phone up to it, or if someone had a computer on their desk it could cause horrible crackling. We have four Rode Procaster microphones and then we used to use Fetheads but that is when we first started to notice the crackling. The mixer that we are using is the first gen Rodecaster Pro. I created a studio room for podcasting and we have done a lot. I am not fully sure that it is due to electrical interference but ill go in depth here with what my setup is, what I have tried to do and I will also provide an audio clip as an example. I have been having an issue where during my podcasts I have been getting some sort of electrical interference which has been causing some crackling issues. His attitude was unpretentious and down-to-earth, even though he was piecing together an other-worldly concert. "Pierre Henry was like some kind of DJ beamed in from the next century, setting up his tape players, mixing desks, amplifiers and what seemed like generators, inside a boxing ring positioned in the middle of the Alhambra's Casino hall. You would sometimes even see tightrope walkers! If my memory serves me well, the Chuck Berry show opened with a performance by a foot juggler…" Then again, the Alhambra PA was probably no more powerful than Chuck's Vox amp! Rock concerts still retained a music hall format at the time, with a support bill comprising a host of artists. I was astonished by the latter's energy combined with his notable economy of means: Berry's red Gibson guitar was plugged into a small 30-watt Vox amplifier that wasn't even fed through the house PA. "This was an unmissable event! Memphis Slim, Ronnie Bird, Antoine and Chuck Berry. By the time I left the Alhambra that night, I had become a rock'n'roll convert, although my faith was still very fragile!" In my post-war childhood years I had admired Line Renaud before becoming a jazz enthusiast, and I hadn't exactly been drawn to rock'n'roll. At the time we hadn't begun to regularly use the word "charisma", but that is certainly what it was. He may have limped but he was full of energy, clad in leather yet demonstrating heightened sensitivity, he boasted a distinctive and yet almost inexplicable stage presence. "I attended this concert more out of curiosity than because I was familiar with the artist. Here then are a number of snapshots that will take us back through time, but in each case the backdrop remains the same: we give you the Alhambra. For Invisible Bordeaux, Philippe kindly agreed to talk us through some of the events he attended at this iconic venue, in some cases drawing on his draft memoirs of the 1962-1972 period. The ending of the drama left its viewers to guess the future of both the lead characters. Many of the tales I read were recounted by Philippe Serra (pictured left), one of the contributors to a benchmark book about the local music scene, Denis Fouquet's " Bordeaux Rock(s)". Fans believed that there will be the next season for sure as the first season was ended with a cliffhanger as a heartbreaking note. This drama had shown various genres incredibly and managed to captivate the hearts of its spectators not only in South Korea but all over the world as well. The release date of Memories of Alhambra season 2. Park Chan-yeol– Played the character of Se-Joo who created the game called AR game and he is the brother of Hee-Joo.Emma is an NPC character of the AR game which was created by his brother named Se-Joo. She has no financial sense but she is quite creative artistically. She is a 27 years old owner of the hostel in Spain and also a former classical guitarist who moved to Spain for her further studies but she works there to earn livelihood after the death of her parents. Park Shin-Hye – She is the female protagonist and plays the character of Jung Hee-joo / Emma. His game is named AR game ID “Zinc”, he is the top-level player of this game. He is a valorous, misanthropic, and adventurous person. Hyun Bin – He is the male protagonist of the drama who plays the role of CEO of an investment company named J One Holdings as well as Doctor of Engineering who pursues developing video games. There’s also one nemesis who wants his own asserts over the AR game. The romance between Woo and Joo starts with their journey and there are various comic elements included in between the serious fights and all which makes the drama even more interesting like Yoo carries his high jinks when there is nothing in the real world in particular. He fights with a hefty warrior, then he dies so many times and gets resuscitated eventually.īut with every new life he gets, he tries to better his skills for sword-fighting and with that, he ultimately defeats the reprobate and moves to the next level. The game consists of all the characters and the surroundings which match those of his own reality. Woo starts to play the game by himself through a contact lens and visits the virtual world. Later in the drama, they both intertwined in inexplicable situations as the frontier between the real world and AR game’s world formed by her brother Se-Joo initiates to get blurred.Īfter their second meet, the actual story starts with all its twirls and furls. But he discovers that he is missing and after he meets his older sister named Jung Hee-Joo (Par Shin-Hye), who is the owner of the hostel in which Jin-woo stays and also she is a former guitarist. The chariot passes by the baby Hercules as he plays with Pain and Panic as snakes, his foster parents, Amphitryon and Alcmene, watch on in alarm. We appear to descend down the mountainside to ground level, going down into the basement level, seeing silhouettes of Pain and Panic kidnapping Hercules, muttering how he has to drink the whole potion to lose his immortality. As we fly past through the clouds, we see he has a vial marked with poison. The clouds turn a little dark and murky as Hades watches from the shadows, conniving and formulating a plan to rid himself of “the little sunspot”, asking Pain and Panic rhetorically how to kill a god – by making them mortal. We learn how Zeus banished the Titans to a vault and ushered in the golden age of gods in Greece, before he and his wife, Hera, gave birth to their son Hercules. But, in each room, the Muses come to life via artwork on the wall (animated projections), performing “The Gospel Truth” as guests go onwards to the loading bay. There is a Fastpass queue, which goes straight to loading, but skips most of the environment. One statue of Hercules is cleverly designed to look like it is holding up the ceiling. The queue weaves through the torch-lit halls of the Hercules’ temple, each decorated with magnificent sculptures, pottery, frescos, and mosaics, depicting the heroic acts of Hercules and other heroes. Onwards, we go into Hercules’ temple and into the queue line of The Legend of Hercules. The final feature is an amphitheatre, where guests will encounter the Troupe of Delphi, who perform goofy 25-minute re-enactments of classic Greek stories –“even the tragic ones, which is basically all of them.” There is a small garden where guests can have meet-and-greets with a variety of heroes and gods, including Hercules, Meg, Phil, Hades, Pain, Panic, and several of the Olympians themselves. Guests can test their agility and strength, throwing foam discus, jumping over hurdles, etc. There is a small play area/obstacle course called The Trials of Achilles, acting as a counterpart to Camp Discovery over in Adventureland. There is a small market place, mostly selling themed food and merchandise, the larger Hercules Store, a Greek comic take on the Disney Store, selling Hercules-based merch, and Greek food and products, including small bottles of wine. The place is as grand and breathtaking as the temple, made from stone, marble, and tiled roofs. On the lower level of the acropolis is a small but busy Greek agora and market, lined with twelve pillars representing the Olympian gods. Watching through his legs will take guests to his temple and to the attraction itself, but before that, let’s explore the surrounding environment. Flaming torches line the path, and our eager eyes behold an enormous statue of Hercules, Greek demigod of strength, and the son of Zeus, his muscular arms raised and flexed to show off the great hero’s might. Taking inspiration from the Acropolis and Athenian Parthenon, guests travel under an ancient marble archway and venture up a hill to a grand Greek temple dedicated to Hercules, with the shadow of Olympus towering over it. Replacing a large boat ride, the mountain takes up most of the room, the surroundings outlined with Grecian-originated trees and ancient ruins. On top of the mountain, water is sprayed out to create a layer of mist, making it look like Zeus’ clouds are obscuring the peak, and the home of the gods. The Grecian mountain is around the size of the Matterhorn Bobsleds, big enough to hide the show building within, but uses forced perspective to look bigger. Tucked behind the Enchanted Storybook Castle, but now at the centre of Fantasyland, is Mount Olympus. In layman terms, it is an advanced suspended dark ride akin to Peter Pan’s Flight, but on a sense of scale that could rival Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle of the Sunken Treasure. Replacing Voyage of the Crystal Grotto in the heart of Fantasyland, The Legend of Hercules is an elaborate new suspended dark ride, and perhaps one of the biggest and ambitious in Imagineering history. The Legend of Hercules is a brand new attraction coming to Shanghai Disneyland in 2021, celebrating the wonder boy himself: Hercules. |
